Mission Statement

In order to achieve our Vision, TexIns Solutions, Ltd. commits to the following:

TexIns Solutions, Ltd.'s Mission is to develop profitable, long-term relationships with profile General Agents who specialize in Life Insurance. Further, we will develop relationships with three Life Insurance companies (product manufacturers) that will be designated "core"carriers. These core carriers will provide enhanced incentives and, in some cases, proprietary products that will allow our company to establish and maintain an additional competitive advantage within our markets.

Illustration Support

TexIns Solutions, LTD. will offer turn-key assistance to our General Agents in preparing insurance illustrations, comparisons, and funding alternatives.

Case Design

One of the most important services we render to our clients is that of assistance in case design. Due to the varying needs of the end consumers (most often business executives and other high net worth individuals), our direct clients (the General Agents) need to address many complicated issues including the most appropriate product and concept, legal issues, and tax issues. It is critical to insure that the decisions made in light of these important issues are in the best interests of the end consumer, the General Agent, and our company. Our experience and expertise expedite the decision making process through thorough analysis of the issues on a case-by-case basis, developing alternative solutions for consideration, and making prudent recommendations for implementation. Proprietary and third party software packages are utilized as needed to customize client presentations that marry the planning solution to the product solution and result in a cogent recommendation.

Case Submission and Tracking

After purchase decisions have been made and applications for the appropriate products are submitted, our company tracks the progress of the applications in order to address any concerns that might delay issuance of the final contracts.

New Business and Underwriting

Underwriting is part art and part science. Thorough knowledge of medical requirements, impairments, and reinsurance markets are critical to successfully obtaining competitive underwriting offers. Jumbo cases require special know-how and relationships to manage the process. Our company has tremendous expertise and long-standing relationships that allow us to consistently deliver exceptional results in this area.

In-Force Business

Insurance contracts that are currently still active are referred to as in-force business. Annual reviews of in-force business on a case-by-case basis are important, particularly for variable products. Our company assists each General Agent by periodically reviewing/analyzing the Agents book of business. This review/analysis can help identify products that are under-performing original projections and/or changes in the policyholders needs that should be addressed by the Agent, thus creating more "selling" time and saving excessive "administrative" time for the Agent.

Licensing and Contracting

Our administrative staff has a total of 20 plus years in licensing and contracting and will assist the General Agents in licensing new agents for their respective agencies. Because of our close working relationship with each of the insurance companies, we can expedite the licensing process through the requested insurance companies. The insurance companies then license the agents through the requested State Insurance Commissions. We also assist the General Agents by knowing the transfer rules for each of the companies we do business with.

Compliance

Again because of our close working relationship with the legal departments of the insurance companies with which we do business, we can assist the General Agents in ensuring the sales and other materials used are in complete compliance. By knowing the requirements and peculiarities of each compliance department, we can make suggestions to the Agents that will help expedite the approval process.

General Agent Compensation

Compensation offered to General Agents will be the best General Agent contract available on the street. It will cost our producers nothing to be affiliated with us. In addition, we will assist producers in the area of commission tracking and statement reconciliation to ensure that proper compensation is paid in every instance.

Education and Training

Our company is dedicated to the proposition that continuing education and training is a vital component of the success of any business. Our company will be successful to the extent that each individual (company employee or business associate) has the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities and the desire to grow and improve their own competencies. We will develop and deliver appropriate training modules including technical skills enhancement, product and concept knowledge, and interpersonal skills. These education and training opportunities will be made available to our employees as well as the General Agents and their employees/associates.
